A mom from Oklahoma put her 1-year-old daughter in her walker as she prepared dinner, but the minute she wasn’t watching, her baby walked herself over to the kitchen island and pulled a slow cooker off the counter, spilling the scaling meat juices over her body, causing second-degree burns.
