Death of hockey player, 10, was flu-related, health official says
A 10-year-old boy’s sudden death after returning from a hockey tournament on Sunday was caused by “Flu type B that was complicated by pneumonia,” a medical examiner confirmed to Fox 61 on Tuesday.
